Madam Akua Donkor who is the flag-bearer for Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) was among the 12 qualified to contest for the Presidential Seat during the December 7 Elections. When the news was disclosed, the leader of GFP was jubilant and celebrated the outcome of the news.

She described it as a way God was sending a message to Ghanaians the change that she is bringing in the political arena. She again expressed her appreciation to people who played diverse roles in making sure she qualified as a candidate.

She again highlighted some projects she will embark on when elected as President which included; free school from creche to university, free cars to journalists and also free duty for anyone at the harbour, change of money to pounds etc.
